Technical writing
Technical writing involves the production of instruction handbooks and operating instructions, workshop literature, online help for software and all other types of technical documentation.
The tasks involved in fulfilling the orders consist in the compilation of a user’s documentation for a newly developed product or a newly developed function of an already existing product. This includes the testing of the new functions on the product itself and the development of the best possible representation for the user. The writer plans the contents of the text and the graphics, taking into consideration the necessary and appropriate means for the implementation: he works with MS-Office, with DTP systems or writing-and document management, as well as with data bank systems. The writer prepares the orders for the illustrators, should pictures need to be edited or line drawings compiled.
The team consists of ten technical writers.
